House Rules

• ​​No smoking of any kind (tobaccoh or cannabis) is allowed in the home. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises
  is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty.

• Do not send packages to be delivered to the unit’s address.

• No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.

• Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

• No trash should be left in front of the unit or property at any time during the reservation.

• We kindly request that all guests take off their shoes before walking on the rug. This helps us keep the rug clean and in good condition. Thank you for your understanding.

• Do not allow the keyfob to get in contact with water at any point during your stay.

• Please use the lockbox to get the keys to access the unit. We have a ring doorbell camera on the front door for security. There are no cameras in the unit.
